Fueled by excellence and guided by grace, Alonda Cousizan brings a blend of warmth, wit, and unwavering standards to everything she does.  The FINS Office Administrator serves as the assistant to the FINS Director at the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court, where she combines over 15 years of experience in administration and pastoral counseling with her passion for serving youth and families.  With a background in early childhood education and office occupations, Alonda plays a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing department efficiency, and supporting both staff and families.

 

Alonda's personality is equal parts sweet, generous, stern, and comical.  She believes professionalism doesn’t have to be stiff—and excellence is always in style.  

 

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her reading a good book, decorating a space, shopping for something fabulous, skating with joy, or doting on her grandson.
