Before joining FINS, Courtney worked as an English as a Second Language teacher for both junior high and kindergarten students. This experience deepened her passion for working with youth and families to build stronger, more connected communities. She believes that lasting change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Courtney has a bachelor’s degree in fine art and a master’s degree in Russian. She also enjoys skateboarding, Russian literature, and spending time with her cat.
