What We Offer
OUR SERVICES
FINS provides a wide range of services and supports aimed at addressing the needs of at-risk youth and their families—before court involvement becomes necessary. Our services are tailored to each family’s unique situation, with a strong emphasis on early identification, voluntary engagement, and linkage to appropriate resources.
Licensed counselors work with individuals and families to address emotional, behavioral, or communication challenges. Sessions focus on strengthening relationships, improving mental well-being, and creating supportive environments at home.
Individual & Family Counseling
A dedicated case manager helps coordinate services, monitor progress, and ensure that families receive the resources they need. This includes goal-setting, referrals, and regular check-ins to promote long-term stability and success.
Case
Management
Trained professionals respond quickly to urgent situations involving youth or families in distress. Crisis intervention stabilizes the situation, provides emotional support, and connects families to appropriate ongoing care and resources.
Crisis
Intervention
Mediation gives families a safe, structured space to work through disagreements with the help of a trained facilitator. The process fosters understanding, reduces tension, and promotes collaborative solutions without court involvement.
Family
Mediation
Short-term shelters offer supervised, supportive environments for youth who are runaway, ungovernable, or experiencing conflict at home. During their stay, youth receive counseling and care while longer-term solutions are explored with the family.
Short-Term Shelter for Youth
Staff work with youth, schools, and families to address chronic absenteeism, behavioral challenges, and academic struggles. Services include mentoring, advocacy, and collaboration with school personnel to help youth succeed in the classroom and beyond.
